Through adoption of the group structure, KGARE Holdings now owns three subsidiaries, being Kgare Digital, Kgare Insurance Brokers, and Kgare Property

KGARE Holdings is led by a Board of Directors that includes independent non-executive Directors.

Managing Director

A Group Managing Director has been appointed at KGARE Holdings.
