Why Make Kgare Holdings?
Specific advantages of the group structure at KGARE Holdings include the following:
Establishment of KGARE Holdings is intended to fuel growth as operating companies (subsidiaries) can specialize and optimize each respective entity while freeing up executives at the group level to consider long term and strategic growth prospects. KGARE Holdings can also consider growth in related and unrelated industries.
Establishment of KGARE Holdings allows for diversification across multiple industries or market segments. By owning subsidiaries in different sectors, the parent company can spread its risk and reduce dependence on a single business or industry. This diversification can provide stability and resilience during economic downturns or industry-specific challenges.
Establishment of KGARE Holdings allows for a stronger management of efficiencies across the group. Under this structure, the subsidiaries can focus on market competitiveness while the group drives efficiencies, collaboration and integration from the group level.
Establishment of KGARE Holdings can facilitate capital allocation and financing strategies. It can raise capital at the parent level, allowing for centralized control and distribution of funds to subsidiaries based on their needs. Additionally, KGARE Holdings can use its track record and reputation to enhance the borrowing capacity and creditworthiness of its subsidiaries.
