Marang is a seasoned HR Professional; a Director in Human Resources at NEW ERA COLLEGE. She graduated from the University of Botswana with a Barchelor of Social Work and possesses a Master of Business Administration (HRM) from North West University.
She is has an impressive track record as an HR practitioner with a background in generic HR in sports, motor manufacturing, banking, transport, logistics and education and able to perform to the highest standards in areas such as stakeholder
management, organisational design, employee relations, recruitment, reward and talent management.
